Refund & Return Policy

Datacom Technologies (BD) is committed to ensuring a smooth shopping experience with our clear and transparent refund and return policy.

Dear Customers, Datacom Technologies (BD) has the following return and refund policy:

  1. In-Store Purchases: When purchasing products from the store, please ensure that you check the product in front of the sales representative. If there is any issue later and the product is under warranty, it will be covered by the warranty.

  2. Online Orders: For online orders, if the product has a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  3. Defective Products: Defective products can be exchanged at our store. Our experts will inspect the product for defects and take steps to replace it.

  4. Product Exchange via Delivery: If the customer wishes to exchange a defective product through the delivery man or wants to change the product, a charge of BDT 200 will apply for the exchange. For deliveries outside Dhaka, only courier charges will apply. If a product is received damaged, broken, or burned after being returned, the customer will bear the full responsibility for the product.

  5. No Returns/Exchanges for Compatibility Issues: Once you receive the product after reviewing the details on Datacom Technologies (BD) website, if the product is not supported on your device or if you no longer wish to keep it, it will not be eligible for return or exchange.

  6. Software and Software Licenses: Software or software licenses are non-returnable and non-refundable after purchase.

  7. Refund Processing: After returning a product, it may take 3 to 10 working days for the refund to be processed. For online payments, it may take longer.

  8. Courier Deliveries: If the product appears damaged or the package is torn upon receipt via courier, the customer should not accept the delivery. If the customer receives the damaged product, it will be their responsibility, and no complaints will be entertained thereafter.

  9. Refund Charges: A refund processing charge may apply for payments made via bKash, online payment, or POS payment methods.
